Live Arrival Guarantee
At Rogue Exotics, we take great care to ensure that our animals arrive safely and in excellent health. We are pleased to offer a Live Arrival Guarantee to provide our customers with peace of mind when purchasing from us.
Terms of Our Live Arrival Guarantee:
- Our Live Arrival Guarantee is valid for 2 hours after delivery.
- If there are any issues with your animal upon arrival, you must contact us by email at rogueexotics@yahoo.com within the 2-hour timeframe.
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos of the animal and the shipping box to support any claims.
- Failure to contact us within the 2-hour window will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
Conditions:
- The Live Arrival Guarantee is only valid if the animal is received on the first delivery attempt.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Someone must be present to accept the package immediately upon delivery to ensure the well-being of the animal.
Replacements & Refunds:
- If an animal is determined to be DOA (Dead on Arrival) and the claim is submitted within the required timeframe with proper evidence, we will offer a replacement animal if available.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the animal.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
